2006 Gionvani Virtuosi Dell’Arpa Series

The first Gionvani Virtuosi Dell’Arpa Series featured four of the world’s finest young harpists: Letizia Belmondo, Emmanuel Ceysson, Anneleen Leanearts and Varvara Ivanova, took place in the Piedmont region between September 10 to November 2, 2006. Concerts were held in some of the region’s most beautiful ancient palaces, castles and churches. The series was sponsored by the Museo dell’Arpa Victor Salvi in Piasco with the collaboration of Associazione Culturale Marcovaldo and Fondazione Ferrero.

"We are very proud to present these outstanding young artists to the Piedmont region," said Julia Salvi, president of the Victor Salvi Foundation. "Each has competed in one of the leading international harp competitions and earned the top prize for their superb musical abilities."
